    Position Summary

    The Account Executive, Digital Media Sales is responsible for generating digital revenue through the strategic selling of our Digital Marketing Services offerings.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

     Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


    • Develop and create strategic media plan recommendations
    • Work collaboratively with management, sales, and 3rd party partner, HYFN Local in order to achieve revenue goals
    • Responsible for keeping record of existing opportunities, closed business, and monthly online performance reporting.
    • Work closely with vendor contacts for all media plans, including rate negotiation
    • Working closely with small, to corporate level businesses to exceed marketing expectations, and maintaining client-business relationships
    • Select and study information about online products, including mobile consumption, and breaking down that behavior to support specific media plans
    • Working directly with management, on all online products and procedures
    • Assist in creative development and recommendations for ad, and video content
    • Assist in training online products and services to team members
    • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, and day-to-day multi-tasking

    Requirements & Skills:

    • Must have the ability to work independently and be a digital leader, and team motivator
    • Experience selling digital online platforms
    • Knowledge of targeted advertising including video, display and geofencing
    • Knowledge of Google AdWords, SEO, SMM, SEM search, and Social Media
    • Knowledge of OTT platforms and Advanced Television
    • Aptitude for learning new skills, both technical and organic
    • Understanding the digital opportunities, pricing and procedures
    • Advanced computer skills including, but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Photoshop
    • Strong research, and analytical skills
    • Ability to communicate professionally with others
    • The most ideal candidate will be able to communicate persuasively
    • Bachelor's Degree plus 3+ years sales or marketing experience is ideal

    Physical Demands & Work Environment:

    The Digital Media Sales Account Executive must be able to sit, conduct telephone conversations, use electronic mail, write letters and memos, conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups, make decisions without supervision, make decisions that impact the results of co-workers, work near others, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and work indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.
