    Position Summary

    WZDX/WHDF/WAMY/MeTV/ in Huntsville, Alabama has an opening for a proven digital seller who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. The Integrated Digital Specialist is responsible for generating and growing digital marketing service revenue for the station. The IDS knows how to prospect and close new business, while finding the best marketing solutions for their clients. The IDS is the market's digital sales expert and will work both independently and in conjunction with the WZDX sales team to achieve budgeted digital revenue goals. If you love selling new business, have a background in selling digital marketing products (targeted display, OTT, targeted video, etc.,) and excel at helping local businesses grow, this position is tailor-made for you!

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities


    • Prospect and close digital marketing revenue.
    • Digital marketing services sales lead and subject matter expert in your market.
    • Develop and execute go-to-market sales strategies and tactics that result in exceeding personal and company revenue targets.
    • Establish, maintain, and grow meaningful client relationships.
    • Generate new digital marketing services business and grow business from existing clients.
    • Be an effective educator and ambassador both internally and externally on the benefits of digital marketing for clients.
    • Meaningful contributor in sales meetings on digital marketing topics (ex. best practice sharing, industry trends)
    • Be an effective partner with the market's sales team in generating synergy revenue.

    • Consistently communicate with clients
    • Effective in "four-legged" call situations

    Physical Demands

    The Integrated Digital Specialist must be able to sit, conduct telephone conversations, use electronic mail, write letters, memos, conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals and groups, make decisions without supervision, make decisions that impact the results of co-workers, work in close proximity to others, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and work indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
