As a member of the digital sales team, the Integrated Digital Specialist (IDS) is responsible for generating and growing all digital marketing service revenue for the company. The IDS will be the market’s subject matter expert on Hyfn Local digital services and will work, both independently and in conjunction with the Local sales team, to achieve budgeted revenue goals. The Integrated Digital Specialist will achieve this by professionally and effectively selling Hyfn Local, Nexstar’s Digital suite of digital marketing services/products (including targeted video, digital audience and reach extensions, SEO/SEM, and sponsorships) with the objective of advancing client objectives. The News Operations Manager is responsible for:
- Managing staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for the News Department.
- Insuring that staffing levels are cost effective and enough to meet the needs of the News Department.
- Managing newsroom systems and special projects, including elections, school and business closings, and award entries.
- Extensive knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements and how it applies to scheduling staff members.
- The News Operations Manager must also have excellent communication skills & work closely with all departments with special focus on our Engineering/IT department & the Assignment Desk.
- Work closely with senior management team to establish content, philosophy and direction of the news product.
- Review daily newscasts to ensure quality control and brand compliance, and subsequently provide feedback and coaching to all news staff in their work performance.

The role of the Digital Executive Producer (DEP) is to own the editorial presentation of FOX21 News Digital properties and to help drive and implement a digital first strategy in the newsroom. This is a newsroom management position and as such, the DEP is responsible for managing digital content producers, broadcast producers, reporters and photographers; newsroom workflow, task delegation and assignment abilities are paramount. This position should be recognized by the level of urgency brought to bear on the everyday digital execution of the brand. This person will be held accountable for our Digital footprint and as such will asked to hold others accountable to their roles.
KLAS-TV, the CBS affiliate in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking a Digital Executive Producer to lead the team on all digital platforms of KLAS and its in-depth, content. This manager in the news department will report to the News Director and will supervise a team of digital content producers, as well as coordinate with the marketing and sales departments. Position interfaces regularly with corporate digital managers on local and group projects, conducts training and metrics meetings.
